Deputy Chairman of the Turkmen State Committee on Emergency Situations Rozymyrat Seyitkulyev was dismissed because he failed to properly organise his work, the Turkmen government said today.
According to Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's decree, Deputy Chairman on Construction of the Cabinet of Ministers Akmyrat Egeleev will take over his duties.
The State Commission for Emergency Situations regulations were approved in 2001.
The document was adopted to ensure prompt and effective response in the case of emergency situations, a high level of safety of life and living conditions of the population and further improvements in the Turkmen State Committee on Emergency Situations activity.
