At least three people were killed and more than 32 wounded in clashes in northern Lebanon between supporters and opponents of Syrian rebels, Lebanese police and hospital sources said Tuesday, dpa reported.
A high-ranking Lebanese army officer and six soldiers were among those injured in the clashes, which began Monday night.
