Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday that he objects NATO military intervention against Libya, adding that military does not help find solution for that country, Xinhua reported.

He made the statement while addressing more than 1,000 people at the two-day eeting of the Leaders of Change Summit in Istanbul Convention Center, which started on Monday.

He said: "We see that outside intervention, particularly military intervention, doesn't solve the problem. To the contrary, it deepens it."

"A NATO intervention to Libya or any other country will be ineffective. Beyond ineffective, it might be dangerous," he added.
