An administrative action has been brought against Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili in the Tbilisi Court.
Avtandil Kakhniashvili disputes the appointment of Vakhtang Mchedlishvili a member of Supreme Council of Justice by the president.
The qualifying competition was held in complete disregard of the conditions, according to Kakhniashvili.
The lawyer demands canceling the president's decision and holding the competition again.
The case will be considered on April 3, at 13:00.
The president will send his representative to the judicial sitting, as he is on a visit to Poland.
