Several sea voyages have again been cancelled in Turkey's Istanbul city due to the snowfall and storm that has been continuing for several days, Turkish Kanal7 TV channel reported on Jan.8.
The cancelled sea voyages are those scheduled for Jan.8, however, no information has been provided about their postponement date so far.
This is not the first time sea voyages in Turkey were canceled because of heavy weather conditions.
Turkish Airlines cancelled the flights mainly to Tbilisi, Budapest, Chisinau, Geneva and Tel Aviv on Jan.7.
Earlier, the heavy snow and squally wind in Istanbul and western provinces of Turkey - Tekirdagh, Bolu, Bursa, Canakkale, Kastamonu, Izmir and Eskisehir - led to cancellation of flights and many kilometers of traffic jams on the roads.
