Azerbaijani Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov and Defense Minister Safar Abiyev have addressed diplomats on the first day of the fourth meeting of the heads of Azerbaijani diplomatic missions.
The meeting is being held behind closed doors.
The meeting is being held in Baku on Sept. 21-23. It is planned to hold panel discussions within the meeting. Leading analysts and political scientists will attend the meeting.
The meeting is held at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy.
