Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / The negotiations on peaceful settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are at a deadlock. "There is no progress in the negotiations, and that is contingent on the position of the Armenian side," the Spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim said at a press conference on 29 October.
According to Ibrahim, Armenia's non-constructive position impedes peaceful settlement. The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group did not make any new suggestions during their recent Baku and Yerevan visits, he said. "The problem is Armenia does not take the Minsk Group's suggestions seriously."
