According to Mammadov, the claims by Armenian separatists will not be recognized by any country or international organization. "They put forward and hear the claims themselves. The West in general and the official level states that the Kosovo model cannot be a precedent for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The self-proclaimed ' Nagorno-Karabakh Republic' has never been recognized by anyone.
Mammadov said that in raising such an issu, Armenians are trying to strengthen their significance.
