In his opening remarks Farhad Aliyev, the chairman of the Constitution Court of Azerbaijan, said that the country has cooperated with the Venice Commission since 1998. He explained the success of the cooperation with the Secretary General of the organization, Janny Bukikkio. Abdullayev said that the meeting targets holding exchange of information among the Constitution Courts of the European countries and removal of disagreements could play a considerable role in ensuring human rights.
