Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 April / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / A soldier of serving with the Azerbaijani Interior Armed Forces has committed suicide in the military unit.
Jumshud Aliyev, 19, who was drafted to military service from the Agjabadi region and based at Military Commissariat, hanged himself in the military unit in the Gala settlement in Baku.
Interior Armed Forces confirmed the information and stated that no signs of violence on the body were revealed. A note, written by Aliyev, was found in his pocket.
A criminal case has been filed relating to Article 125 (suicide) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
