Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania Renders Aid to Flood Suffers in Suchava
Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 July / Trend corr. E.Aliyev /Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania rendered aid to suffer as a result of the flood in the north region Suchava, Romania.
Under the decree of Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliev, Eldar Hasanov, Azerbaijani Ambassador in Romania together with Balan, Chairman of the friendship organization Romania-Azerbaijan, have visited the damaged region, the Embassy informed Trend .
Four people died, two missed, 120,000 people were evacuated and 140 dwelling premises were flooded. Suchava and Maramuresh, located on the border with Ukraine, were damaged most. The Romania Government expressed gratitude to Azerbaijani President for moral and material support.
