Shooting took place in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone on July 29. The Ortevi village was fired from mortar. Nobody was injured in this incident, the Georgian sources said.
Georgia claims the Tzkhinvali region has increased its provocations over the past time. They relate it to the arrest of Tskhinvali policeman Soslan Pukhaeva at the Georgian-controlled side.
Meanwhile, Tzkhinvali accuses Tbilisi of July 29 incident. Two explosions took place on the southern outskirts of Tskhinvali, the Ossetian side said. According to preliminary reports, there are no victims and injured.
Fire was opened twice from Nicosia village in the border with Tzhinvali on the Georgian settlements, the Interior Ministry of the so called "republic" said according to the preliminary information.
