Police detained 12 foreigners living illegally in Baku.
Four of the arrested are Chinese citizens and eight are Pakistani, the Sebayel District Police Department told Trend .
The police filed an act under Article 339 of the Azerbaijani Administrative Violations Code.
The arrested were transferred to the Interior Ministry's Migration Department and will be send to their countries.
