President Ilham Aliyev has inaugurated the central office of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Republic on July 6, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

The Head of State was informed that the newly-reconstructed four-storey building has been provided with all necessary facilities so that the personnel could work here effectively
A bust to national leader Heydar Aliyev was mounted on the first floor.
President Ilham Aliyev saw the rooms, which were provided with information and communication technologies and furniture. The building houses a big conference hall and other meeting rooms.
The Head of State made remarks at the ceremony.
