The Central Election Commission (CEC) is completely ready to host high-level repeated, additional and new municipal elections, deputy chairman of the CEC Natig Mammadov told Trend.
"All measures are taken to ensure high quality and relevant to the law elections. Elections will be held on November 30 in the manner and their results will be determined in accordance with existing procedures," Mammadov said.

Over 1,550 candidates have been registered to struggle for on 464 vacant positions in the municipalities in forthcoming elections. So, four candidate will struggle for one mandate. About 3,500 people have been registered to observe polls.
