Azerbaijani president receives ambassador of Austria

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria Sylvia Meier-Kajbic on Nov. 3.

During the meeting, the sides expressed their satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Austria on various fronts, and stressed the importance of the high-level meetings and reciprocal visits in terms of the expansion of ties.

Hailing economic cooperation between the two countries, the parties noted that Austrian companies were fruitfully operating in Azerbaijan in a number of fields of economy.

The sides said that there were good prospects for expansion of bilateral relations even further.
