The head of state made an opening speech.
Chairman of Azerishig OJSC Baba Rzayev, Chairman of Azersu OJSC Gorkhmaz Huseynov and Head of the Management Board of the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) Samir Nuriyev delivered speeches.
Afterwards, President Aliyev made a closing speech.
