BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan has extended his congratulations to Azerbaijan on the nation's Independence Restoration Day, Trend reports.
Erdogan shared the message through a post on his X page.
"I congratulate the Independence Day of our friend and brother Azerbaijan, with whom we have the understanding of two states, one nation, on October 18 with my most heartfelt feelings.
I convey Türkiye's greetings and cordiality to the President, my dear comrade Ilham Aliyev, and all the people of Azerbaijan," the publication reads.
