BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. A project proposal has been prepared for the establishment of micromobility lanes on Nizami Street in Baku, Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency announced the development during one of its public hearings.
The project aims to create dedicated lanes for micromobility and designated parking spaces along Nizami Street.
"Micromobility lanes will be organized on Nizami street from the intersection with Rashid Behbudov street to the intersection with Kovkab Safaraliyeva street. The original number of traffic lanes will be preserved during the marking of new lines per standards," the agency said in a statement.
To note, the Land Transport Agency of Azerbaijan holds regular public hearings on new projects.
