BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The regional issues should be resolved peacefully, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told reporters on the eve of the meeting of foreign ministers in the "3+3" format, Trend reports.
“I will meet with the Turkish president and foreign minister to discuss regional issues. There is now a common understanding of the danger of the conflict and the possibility of expanding the war in the region, in Gaza and Lebanon," he stated.
The foreign minister emphasized that regional issues should be resolved peacefully.
“The '3+3' meetings will be held without the participation of Georgia, but the other countries of the region have demonstrated their determination to negotiate and coordinate their actions on the issues of the Caucasus region. We should pay attention to peaceful resolution of regional issues, security, and political arrangements in the region to bring peace and stability to the region,” the minister added.
