The lawyers block “Parliament -2005В" accepted 8 new members, the block told Trend. According to Trend, 21 applications on joining the organization have been examined at the block meting and the decision on involving 8 new members into the structure has been taken. Among new members there are former Interior Minister officials, colonel Sadikh Kyazimov, Azad Djafarov, Nadir Husseynov, members of the Bar association Nadir Husseynov and other.
Pre-election socio-political situation in the country was also discussed at the meeting. The importance of averting the election code infringements on the eve of the election campaign has been underlined.
The block took a decision to hold actions of protest in case of further violation of the Election Code.
It has been also decided to hold a roundtable on 6 July on the topic” Elections, change of power and protection of property rights”. Presentation of the block’s emblem will also take place at the event.
