Vagif Sadikhov, the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, is representing Azerbaijan in a burial ceremony of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah, the Foreign Ministry told Trend.
Sadikhov will express the condolences to the leadership of Kuwait on behalf of the President and people of Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolences to members of the Emirs family and friendly people of Kuwait.
