Unless Etibar Mammadov [the leader of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) returns back the seal of the party, we will be obliged to appeal to he law-enforcement bodies, Ali Aliyev, the chairman of the ANIP, told Trend.
Aliyev said that the documents of the conference, held at the conference hall of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) on 22 January, will be submitted to the Justice Ministry. Some changes were injected only in the charter of the party. As soon as the Ministry accepts our documents we will try to select one of the duplicate of the seal which another side retains. Otherwise, we will act within the frames of the law, he underlined.
The party chairman also underlined that they currently function in a building at 69 Badalbayli, but are still in search of new headquarters. In this respect we have appealed to different instances, he underlined.
