The Appeal Court has postponed the trial on claim of Mussavat party against restoration of deputy Aynur Jamalgyzy as a member of the party, previously scheduled for April 12, chairman of central regulation commission Ibrahim Inrahimov told Trend.
We should note that two months back central regulation commission has appealed to the Appeal court against the decision of Binagadi district court regarding restoration of Ms Jamalgyzy as a member of Mussavat party. Mr Ibrahimov said the session is postponed till April 17 due to the unauthorized absence of Ms Jamalgyzys representative.
