Ramil Safarov has been sentenced by Judge, Andras Vaskuty for life with possibility to appeal only after 30 years.
Ramil Safarov, has been sent to NATO Partnership for peace courses of English to Hungary. Several days before the end of course, he has murdered Armenian officer- Gurgen Markaryan. He justified the murder claiming that the victim has offended the Azerbaijani flag and Azerbaijan people.
Both Safarov and his lawyer decided to appeal the court` s decision.
