The termination of high-quality missile fuel melange in Azerbaijan started on 4 July, Trend reports.
1,200 tons of fuel was reserved in the country from the Soviet period and under the NATO week in Azerbaijan two mini-plants were commissioned for termination of mГ©lange in Mingchevir city and Alat village of Baku.
Over the year it is planned to manufacture 1,500 tons of fertilizers. The budget of project work is estimated to $2m. The OSCE renders expert support to the project.
NATO Deputy Secretary General, Jean Fourne, attended the ceremony of commissioning of the mini-plant in Alat.
