The Chairman of the opposition party Citizen and Development of Azerbaijan, Ali Aliyev, informed Trend that the party will appeal to the international organizations for help to get become State registered.
According to Aliyev, there has been no response from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Justice regarding its appeal from his party to be State registered. In this regard we will, from next week, appeal to international organizations and diplomatic associations, Aliyev said.
He stressed that they also plan to hold a protest in front of the appropriate organizations as well as appealing to the court.
The Party Citizen and Development was created in 2006 by the former Chairman of Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Ali Aliyev. However, the Party has not entered into state registration yet. The Party is a member of Azadlig (Freedom) Political Block.
