Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. P. Amirdjanov/ Today, on April, 16, Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, has signed an order on approval "State Programme for Azerbaijani Youth's Studying Abroad for 2007-2015, Trend reports.
The mentioned Presidential Order indicates that the financing of the State Programme should be carried out at the expense of SOFAZ (State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan), and other sources, which are not prohibited by the existing legislation of the Country. The Committee for Education under the Azerbaijan Presidential Administration has been commissioned to control and supervise over the implementation of the mentioned State Programme.
All issues coming from the mentioned Presidential Order will be solved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Country.
