Azerbaijan, Baku Тrend corr. K.Ramazanova / Mass media plays an important role in regulation of relations between police and community, stated head of Baku Office of OSCE Jose Luis Herrero Ansolato Trend agency on 17 December.
Azerbaijan as many other countries faces problem on interaction of police and community. "The main issue is the sides realize their obligations and responsibilities," he said.
Herrero said that police was not a body of force, but a structure which observes bill. OSCE is ready to render assistance to the Azerbaijani Government to raise professionalism of police staff in the country.
