The cost of exploitation of radio electronic equipment intended for civilian use (portable radio transmitter, etc.), and the frequency resources in Azerbaijan is regulated according to their security standards, the state administration for radio frequencies under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies said.
The criteria are defined according to the Resolution No 54 of the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers on April 19, 2004.
The exploitation of this equipment should be coordinated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies and be registered with the administration.
The measures will be taken towards people who have violated the terms of using radio-electronic means.
