Azerbaijani Ombudsman has made an appeal with regards to Armenians' killing Azerbaijani child.

The appeal assesses the brutal murder of nine-year child as an inhumane act, directed against the world's children, said the Office of the Ombudsman reported.
"We believe that reacting strongly, the international community will condemn this inhuman act, culminating in the brutal murder of an innocent child and in fact being directed against the world's children, and will raise its voices in protest to prevent such incidents and take steps within its power," says the statement.

The murder of the child is the inhuman act, the infringement of international legal documents and necessitates the usage of the certain sanctions by UNO against Armenia.
"No one should be indifferent to such a ruthless, cruel and inhuman incident. Azerbaijani people want to live in a peaceful condition and restore their violated rights. Therefore, addressing to the world community we call everybody to support our just work," the statement says.

The 9-year-old resident of the Orta Garvand village in the Agdam region was killed on March 8 as a result of a ceasefire violation by Armenian troops. Badalov was shot in the head while playing in his yard. He was taken to hospital, but doctors failed to save his life.
