"All the traditions and cultural heritage of the country should become part of its strategy. This makes an important impact on tourism development," Katsarava said.
According to the Foundation's representative Paolo Del Bianco, the signed memorandum will make traditional friendship between Tbilisi and Florence even more intensive.
After concluding the memorandum Florence's delegation members were awarded a diploma for the Friendships of Georgian Culture.
