The preparation session for the case of the former Health Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Insanov and ten other people began in the Court on Heinous Crimes of Azerbaijan on February 15th. The court session was presided by the Judge Faig Gasimov, Trend reports. Ali Insanov and ten other people are accused of receiving and giving bribes, appropriating State property, misusing their authority and other crimes. Except for Ali Insanov, the other accused persons have not been arrested. Of them, six people are employees of the Health Ministry and four are employees of various pharmaceutical firms.
The petitions presented by the advocates will be considered at the preparation session. The preparation session is continuing.
