Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The Technical Co-operation Society of Germany (GTZ) will hold an international conference "On Way To Europe: Present Situation And Prospects of the Court Government in the Countries Of South Caucasus" in Istanbul on 16-17 April.
The conference aims to exchange experience with regards to the court and legal reforms implemented in the countries of South Caucasus, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, and ensure the further strengthening of the legal state in these countries.
During the conference, it is planned to become familiar with the legal and court system of the three South Caucasus countries. The conference will also focus on the impact of the decision of the European Court on Human Rights on the national legislation and court experience. In addition, the conference will cover the administrative and legal reforms implemented in the countries of South Caucasus. The conference will bring together 100 judges from Azerbaijan, Turkey, German, Georgia and Armenia.
