Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 October/ Trend , U. Ismayilova/ The prices in the rental market of real estate of Baku were stabile in September and first 20 days of October, MBA Consulting Group said.
"The prices of houses for rent went up by 0.2% in September and dropped 0.2% within the first 20 days of October," company said.
At present, average price for the houses for rent in the center of Baku totals to AZN 660. Rent for one-bedroom flat is AZN 380.8, two bed-room - AZN 532.5 and three-bedrooms- AZN 744.
There was a decline of 8.3% in the in the rent market. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats accounted for the larger part of the market portfolio, that is, 26.4% and 27.6% respectively.
As to the prices, the rent of flats worth from AZN 394 to AZN 637 account for the greater part of portfolio. Share of one-bedroom flats worth AZN 400 made up 68% and two-bedroom of the same price - 32% of the market.
Larger part of the housing for rent account for Nasimi (29.2%) and Narimanov (22.1%) districts of Baku.
