In September, the most expensive land plot was offered in Yasamal district of Baku ($250,000 per one hundred sq.m) and the cheapest in Absheron district of Baku ($280 per one hundred sq.m), public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said.
The average price for one hundred sq.m of land in Baku reduced 3.6 percent to $16,840 compared to $17,470 in August. The period of exposition of the land plots rose 0.8 percent to 239 days. A considerable drop was observed in the Sabayel District of Baku - 10.3 percent and there was no price growth in any districts of Baku.
The most passive district of Baku was the Nasimi District and the most active - Binagadi and Narimanov Districts in September.
