"IDS BORJOMI - Azerbaijan" company passed the state registration in Azerbaijan, the "single window" of the official website of the Ministry of Taxes said.
Its founders are Georgian company BORJOMI Waters and Natalia Bolshakova. The company is registered with an authorized capital of 10 manat. The legal representative of the company became a citizen of Georgia David Iashagashvilli.
Georgian Glass & Mineral Waters (GG & MW) was established in 1995.
In 1997, GG & MW won an open tender for exclusive rights for the extraction and bottling "BORJOMI", it controls all stages of production, bottling and distribution of mineral water.
Subsidiary of GG & MW - JSC Borzhomminvody " controls the Borjomi field and wells from which water is extracted. The company owns three plants for bottling water, as well as the rights to the trademark "BORJOMI".
