Kazakhstan may offer its citizens the opportunity to change mobile operator without changing the number, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported.
The Kazakh Communication and Information Ministry is now considering the issue of launching the mobile number portability (MNP) service, Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev wrote on his Twitter-page on Saturday.
