A former building of the Justice ministry located on Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi will be sold at auction. The Georgian Economy ministry said the initial price is 500,000 lari ($1 is 1.67 lari).
The online auction will be held at 17:00, Jan.18 and as part of the auction sale terms, the new owner of the building will have to ensure rights to free use for those accommodated in the private facility before Feb.1, 2012.
