Kyrgyzstan's domestic trade turnover (repair of automobiles, household utensils and articles of personal use) amounted to 182.109 billion soms (KGS) in January-August, 2013,
Tazabek agency reported with the reference to the Kyrgyz National Statistical Committee.
The official exchange rate as of September 11 is 1 KGS / $0.02032.
Thus, the rate of the country's domestic trade turnover growth amounted to 108.2 percent compared to the same period in 2012.
In the first eight months of 2013 Kyrgyz turnover of retail trade (excluding motor transport and fuel) amounted to 98.267 billion soms with the growth rate at 109% compared to the same period of last year.
According to the Kyrgyz National Statistical Committee, the rate of domestic trade turnover growth is particularly ensured by an increase in retail and wholesale trade, which is the major part of the total turnover.
