Kazakh Kaspi Bank has approved the amount of dividends paid by the results of 2014, said the message of the KASE Kazakh stock exchange.
The message said that the corresponding decision was made during the meeting of shareholders of Kaspi Bank on May 27.
Dividends on common and preferred shares will amount to 175 tenge per share (185.95 tenge = $1). The remainder of the net profit will be transferred to the funds of the bank, said the message.
Kaspi Bank's net profit amounted to 27.869 billion tenge in 2014.
Also, during the shareholders' meeting, it was decided that Deloitte will be auditing Kaspi Bank in 2015.
