Azerbaijan’s PMD Group, specializing in asset management, investments in real estate and property management, is currently implementing an expensive project in the country’s Sumgait city, head of PMD Group’s business expansion department Kamil Aliyev told Trend.
“This project of the residential complex will cover an area of 100,000 square meters and nine Premium class buildings,” he said.
"Some 446 apartments and 511 underground parking lots for cars are planned to be built within the project,” Aliyev said. “The project will be worth approximately 50 million manats. The metal construction work has been carried out in the residential complex and facade work has been launched. The project implementation is planned to be completed in May 2020."
“The company made investments in the project - "Vurgun Residence" new residential complex, located in Baku, which was designed taking into account all details for maximum comfort of residents,” he said.
"We also plan to implement the project of the Hillside Residence residential complex, to be located near Flame Towers in Baku, till late 2019," Aliyev said.
PMD Group has been working in Azerbaijan since 2013.
