Zagatala Broiler company, a major poultry producer in Azerbaijan, increased production of chicken meat by 15-17 percent this year compared to last year, a source at the company told Trend.
Next year the company plans to increase this figure to 25-30 percent, according to the source.
“Every day, the company produces up to 42 tons of broiler products, and we plan to bring this figure to 50 tons and higher,” the source added. “This strategy is outlined in order to increase export potential and geography of supplies. Last year, production volumes amounted to 32-35 tons daily. At the same time, the whole products covered the needs of the domestic market. Our plans are to increase exports to the Russian market, as well as to the countries of the former Soviet Union.”
The company produces broiler chickens, chicken meat and other poultry products.
The company has equipment made in Turkey.
