By Matanat Nasibova – Trend:

Azerbaijani Brot Baku company, which produces various bakery products, has again postponed the opening of its store due to the tightening of the quarantine regime in connection with the spread of coronavirus, Chief Technologist of the company Nigar Abdullayeva told Trend.

“A store was planned to be opened at the beginning of the year, but the plans were changed due to a number of unresolved issues relating to the internal affairs of the company,” Abdullayeva added.

“Then the opening of the new store has been again postponed for an indefinite period due to the quarantine regime,” chief technologist said. “But this time, we are fully ready to launch a new production line of bakery products and the entire production.”

“The company purchased new foreign technologies, which are planned to be introduced into production as soon as it begins,” Abdullayeva added. “Several varieties of bakery products baked in accordance with the Italian, Russian and German technologies will be sold.”

“Currently, the company produces several types of bakery products, among which the most popular varieties are Borodino bread, Zadegan, and Kandli,” the chief technologist said.

“In the process of baking the products, the company does not use any chemical additives and uses only natural ingredients that meet the standards and requirements of organic products,” Abdullayeva said.

The company has moved to Novkhani settlement, and a specialized Brot Baku store is located there.

The company has been operating in Baku’s consumer market since 2016.
