Deflation processes have been observed in Azerbaijan in July. The July inflation rate was 98,4% as compared to June, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan (CM) told Trend. Thus, 1,6% deflation was observed in the country in July.
The inflation rate for July 2005 was 11,65% as compared to July 2004. Inflation for January-July 2005 was 12,2% against January-July 2004. The figure indicates the inflation tempo decrease, the CM noted. Inflation for July was 2,2% as compared to December.
