Mr. Kottas holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's Degree on Development Economics from the Sorbonne Paris II University.
He speaks English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Russian.
