The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of AZPROMO, Azerbaijan Export and Investments Encouragement Fund is expected to be held on January 22, 2007. Trend has been informed in AZPROMO, that three key issues will be discussed during the forthcoming meeting.
The members of the Supervisory Board will be presented with a report on the work carried out in 2006, Action Plan for 2007 and proposals on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the Supervisory Board. The Board was expected to gather on January 18, but its meeting has been postponed due to some technical reasons.
The meeting of the Supervisory Board is expected to be held under the chairmanship of Chingiz Asadullayev, a Member of the Azerbaijan Parliament.
According to the preliminary information, the Action Plan includes 24 measures to be taken: business-forums, presentations. Our businessmen suggest organizing business-forums in those countries where we have not organized them yet to see the possibilities to appear in new markets, Emil Madjidov, the President of AZPROMO informed Trend.
