Azerbaijan, Baku /corr Trend S.Aliyev / The Azerbaijan Transport Ministry is finalising the proposals and replies sent by the Ministries and departments for the draft Strategy on Development of Azerbaijan's Transport System in 2006-2015. Sadraddin Mammadov, Head of the Transport Policy and Economy Department of the Ministry reported that the document will then be presented to the Government for approval.
The Ministry has also developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers, a draft State Program on the reconstruction of the automobile network and development of the transport system of Azerbaijan in 2006-2015. The program has been approved at the Ministry as well as with relevant State members in the country.
