OPEC Cuts Forecasts on Oil Deliveries of Non-OPEC Countries

Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 Dec / Trend corr. A.Badalova/ OPEC expects rise of oil export from non-OPEC countries by 740,000 barrels a day - to 50.39mln barrels a day, which is by 220,000 barrels a day less than the amount, forecast by OPEC in Nov.

Oil deliveries of non-OPEC countries will rise by 220,000 barrels - to 49.65mln barrels a day in 2008, OPEC reported.

In 2008 amount of oil deliveries of former Soviet countries will rise by 140,000 barrels a day - to 12.66mln barrels a day, which is by 56,000 barrels lower than the amount, forecast by OPEC in Nov. Oil deliveries of the post-Soviet countries will increase to 12.9mln barrels a day in 2008.

OPEC expects growth of Azerbaijan's deliveries by 90,000 barrels a day - to 950,000 barrels a day in 2008. This figure is by 34,000 barrels a day less than the amount, forecast by OPEC in Nov. Amount of deliveries of Azerbaijan will make up 1mln barrels a day in the fourth quarter, OPEC reported.
