About 2.1 million tons of oil were delivered in January-April on the domestic market of Azerbaijan. It is 0.2 percent more than the same period last year, the State Statistics Committee said.
About 585.800 tons of oil products fell on petrol. It is 6.7 percent more than in January-July of the last year. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of gasoline A-92 (given the cost of supply and VAT) is 670 manat, A-95 - 736 manat on the domestic market of Azerbaijan. According to the State Statistics Committee, Azpetrol received 278.300 tons of gasoline, LUKoil - approximately 89.630 tons and SOCAR Petroleum - 110,130 tons of gasoline for sale in January-July.
About 492.400 tons of diesel fuel were sold in January-July on the domestic market. It is 15 percent more than in January-July last year. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of diesel fuel (given the costs of supply and VAT) is 485 manat on the domestic market of Azerbaijan. According to the State Statistics Committee, Azpetrol received more than 120,600 tons of diesel fuel, LUKOIL - approximately 55.150 tons. Caspian Shipping Company has acquired 12,800 tons of diesel fuel. About 68.940 tons of diesel fuel in this period was delivered to SOCAR Petroleum.
Azpetrol has 70 petrol stations in Azerbaijan, including 66 - petrol, 4 - gas stations. Oil storage tank with total capacity of 7,000 tons and fleet were commissioned to meet international standards, improve fuel quality, ensure uninterrupted operation of petrol stations and improve the quality of customer service.
The fleet of the company has 110 fuel tankers with capacity ranging from 17 to 42 tons. They provide petrol stations with fuel.
Azpetrol owns approximately 15 percent of the total number of petrol stations in the country. The company's share in the sector of the market is more than 50 percent.
About 143.400 tons of fuel oil were sold on the domestic market. It is 28.8 percent less than the same period of last year. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of fuel oil M-40 (given the costs of supply and VAT) is 100 manat on the domestic market of Azerbaijan.
About 276.300 tons of kerosene were sold. It is 35.9 percent more than in January-July 2009. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of kerosene (including cost of supply and VAT) is 307 manat on the domestic market of Azerbaijan.
About 117,000 tons of bitumen were sold on the domestic market in January-July. It is 6.2 percent less than the same period of last year. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of bitumen BN 60/90 (given the costs of supply and VAT) is 160 manat on the domestic market of Azerbaijan.
About 44,700 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) were sold in January-July on the domestic market. It is 5.3 percent less than in January-July 2009.
About 429.400 tons of other oil products were sold on the local market. It is 19 percent less than in January-July last year.
